1. Create an internal program that will support women within ZEN with a view to assess and endorse career enhancement opportunities.
Expected Outcomes
- ZEN women represented at key industry forums – such as the Australian Government’s Women in Energy and Climate Symposium and the CEC’s Women in Renewables Program.
- Regular opportunities afforded to women in ZEN to meet and share experiences with leaders from across our industry and beyond.
- Support at least two annual programs of ZEN women into specific industry appropriate programs - determine programs and process for selection.

2. Aim for gender balance that reflects with a goal to reach 45% by the end of 2025 and 50% by 2030. Include full gender pay review for equivalent roles and alignment by June 2024.

- Share data with teams on candidate pool sample that reflects relevant population.
